Recently accredited as Gluten Free by Coeliac UK, MOMMI has gone that one step further in order to create an entirely allergen friendly environment for their diners. A curated Vegan menu featuring stand-out dishes such as Anticucho Aubergine Cooked on Coal, Beetroot Causa, Pomegranate, Hazelnuts, Smokey Tomato, Orange & Choclo Dressing sit alongside a bespoke Dairy Free list showcasing the likes of Lamb Cutlets Yakitori, Green Tea Miso, Aji Limo & Coriander – long gone here are the days of “we’ll serve it without sauce” MOMMI has raised the stakes, appreciating that those dining with allergens deserve equal deliciousness in execution AND in dish description.
All MOMMI staff are trained in allergen management, with a hands-on ethos led from the top. Guest preferences are recorded for future reference and the EPOS system is configured to communicate details directly to the kitchen. Staff focus on guest comfort and relaxation, letting the operational set up deal effectively with the detail. The result: happy diners, confident in their ordering, delighting in their dishes, and keen to return.
